About me

I’m Alberto, I am a certified sound healing practitioner

Bio

I studied with gong master Simone Salvatici IPHM), and a certified mindfulness teacher (Mindfulness now, UK college of mindfulness meditation, Oxford).

I began my music journey in the early years of my adolescence and spent years exploring various music genres and bands that I gained positive energy from. With the motivation and energy, I reached out to friends who let me join them on tours around my beautiful country of Italy. I recorded few records with different bands and I was happy to participate in the creative process.

In 2016 I took a huge leap and moved to London, UK. I found myself working in busy bars as a bartender. It didn’t take long for me to see the importance between human connection found between customers and myself, and myself and my peers in the industry. But, with the highs in hospitality come the lows, as I noticed how difficult, stressful, and restless the industry really is.

Over time I saw first-hand what the industry can inflict upon it’s workers, as I personally physical and mental stress from the long hours, overworking, and struggle to balance my work and home life effectively.

Life affecting changes such as anxiety, depression, and panic attacks are what took me to the slow realisation that my mindfulness and to have a positive mental outlook for myself were the most important things.
This is why I created “Meditation & sound”, a safe space for everyone and anyone willing to dive deep into their own thoughts, feelings and emotions. An accessible space for people to share and to listen without fear of judgment.

My Goal

My goal is to create a better and healthier and more mindful community through the use of sound, relaxation, and healing vibrations. I took a lot of inspiration from my music background, especially the NYC music scene (NYHC) , where they spread the positive mental attitude (PMA), sobriety, community and spirituality. These are the pillars that have become the foundations as part of my project.

I’m looking forward to sharing the benefits of sound and meditation with you to make a difference to our own wellbeing, moving forward as a whole.
